ROMAN RUINS AT TARRAGONA

On the 8th June, Yr 8 and the Social Studies teacher went to Tarragona to visit the Roman ruins. They visited the Circus, the Amphitheatre. The visit brought to life their studies from the classroom, in particular Roman lifestyles and culture. The gladiator’s way of life was a particular focus of their attention.

On the 18th June Yr9 students went to do the Ruta Medieval. They visited the medieval village of Olerdola, “The small Giralda”, the arabesc building in L’Arboç and the Medieval village of Castellet with its interesting castle and the stunning views to the Foix’s Dam.DSC00113
