Autor BBC World Service is an excellent resource generally for those wanting to improve their English. Check out this one for mastering some often-used phrasal verbs (like the ones you learnt for your recent exams).

The children of ECU2 were exploring counting to 5 using boxes with different numbers of objects inside. As well as counting to 5 the children enjoyed exploring what inside the boxes.
Learning about position
The children of ECU2 were learning the language of position to-day. We used the compare bears and some shoe boxes to demonstrate the different positions. We learned on top, bottom, beside, in front, behind and inside. The children especially liked putting the bears inside.
